What are your co-working facilities like?

Our spaces are designed with your comfort in mind. Each space has communal areas full of natural light and plants. Our break out areas are equipped with sofas and chairs, along with a quiet areas for deeper focus. All areas come with printing, high speed WiFi, guest announcement system and an invoicing and booking system.

Do you have an app?

Yes, we have a member only app. You can connect with the wider x+why community through the app available on the Android and iOS App Stores when you join one of our spaces.

Is printing available in the space?

Yes, all members are given access to ezeep or Uniflow printing, which makes the process quick and easy to use. ezeep and Uniflow are a cloud-based print server that will offer you a ‘personal printer’, this means that wherever you tap your membership card, only your files are accessible and printed.

Can I bring my dog into the office?

Yes. However, please inform the reception at the site you're attending in advance.

Ensure that your pup is relatively quiet, potty-trained and well-behaved.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Just let the reception team know so they can accomodate if needed.

How can I book a meeting room?

You can book a meeting room directly through our online portal.

What kinds of businesses do you house at x+why

At x+why we specialise in purpose-driven businesses committed to doing business in a responsible way.  You do not have to be charity, or a social enterprise (we like profits too!) - but you do have to sign our pledge, demonstrating your commitment to ‘better business’.  

We have a variety of members, you can read more about them on the blog or find them on the community page.

What are your opening times?

Reception is available Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Can I book a trial day?

We offer trail day passes upon request as availability varies from location to location. Please ask our community team!

What kinds of events do you offer?

We run all sorts of events from creative workshops to gigs, panel discussions, to networking evenings.

Can anyone access your events?

Our events are for our members and their guests only.

Can I use the space with any membership?

Yes, we have a variety of memberships to suit individual needs.

What is the WhyB Programme?

The WhyB programme is a course designed to motivate businesses as they complete their B Impact Assessment (BIA).

Do you offer Day Passes?

Yes we offer the flexibility of day passes. They start at £25 + VAT.
