How Clubspaces make it easier for you to meet, work and play

As we open our first club space, eighteen, at 103 Colmore Row, we wanted to share with you the ways in which our new venture will benefit you and your team.

eighteen is a private club space for tenants of 103 Colmore Row, with impressive meeting rooms, a vibrant bar and food offering, private dining opportunities, and a terrace with unrivalled views across Birmingham. eighteen sets the tone for how we’ll be operating all of our club spaces, closing the gap between work and play. It will create a unique third space ideal for modern hybrid working and employee engagement.

Membership can be purchased by companies either to support hybrid work strategies, boost productivity or just as an employee perk. It’s a benefit which gives everybody the perfect reason to return to the office and supports modern hybrid work strategies!

You’ll be delighted to hear that you, too, can access the club space, even if you aren’t based at 103 Colmore Row usually. eighteen provides the space for professional and personal relationships to flourish. Without the constraints of the traditional office environment, people can meet, collaborate, ideate, network, and socialise with peers from within their organisation and beyond.

Meeting rooms and the event space can be booked by non-members and we’ll be hosting a huge programme of exciting events which will be open to the public, too. We can’t wait for you to join us up there!

- A bar and barista area for coffee, drinks and lunch/light bites menu

- Two bookable meeting rooms with AV, screens and the ability to book private dining for lunch meetings or evening get togethers '

- One large boardroom space equipped with screen/AV for up to 18 guests, bookable for meetings, conference calls or small parties. Private dining options also available

- A large terrace area with seating, for summer drinks and socialising with members & guests

- Workspaces tailored to informal meetings, coffee catch ups and more focused work. A mixture of soft seating, high tables for a quick drink/lunch and tables for working
