What is your 'Why'❓

My "Why" would be centred around the passion for fostering meaningful connections and creating a supportive environment where individuals and groups can thrive. I believe that strong communities are the foundation of innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. By being a Roaming Community Associate, I have the opportunity to be at the heart of these interactions, ensuring that members feel valued, heard, and empowered. My "Why" is driven by the desire to build a vibrant, inclusive space where people can come together, share ideas, and grow both personally and professionally.

Tell us something you find helpful in your working day 🤝

To aim to always do better than the day before even knowing every working day will be different. Really proud I am roaming in different sites, engaging and making a difference to all members, visitors, guests and teams.

Shoutout time 📣 Name a company you think are doing great things

London Wildlife Trust, it is truly amazing to see how the company is engaging, inspiring, creating and influencing in positive light. In particular their recent project keeping it wild that help over 1000 participants connect with nature, this is something that resonates me me personally and its great to see.

📚 Reading recommendation

Start With Why by Simon Sinek, this booked helped me have a greater understanding of an inherent pattern of thinking, behaving and communicating that inspires some leaders to inspire the people around them. Just wow!
